Tahmid Ahmad Patwary
Assalamualikum,
My name is Tahmid Ahmad Patwary, and this is my advice to all future students participating in the "Information System & Computing" course.
It is a GED course, so you should not be too afraid. I recommend you should:
- Attend classes on time: Be particular about being on time, as this disciplines you to be more professional.
- Attentively listen to the lecture: Especially the examples in class. Those help out your ability to answer the broad questions in the mid-terms and final.
- Study regularly and 1/2 hours: Review what you learned in class for an hour or two. You will not feel overburdened about your studies.
- Notes on the Slides: There are excellent notes under the slides. Study the notes as they help you to form and guide what to write about certain definitions.
- Use the mindmaps: They give an excellent visualization of a particular topic, and using those mindmaps and the links shown to topics, you could simply use them to understand a topic better.
- Be serious about the labs: Seriously, do all the labs as they contain some huge and easy marks as long as you can follow in the class. Try the bonus labs as well. Try to aim for full attendance as that is another avenue of some easy and good mars.
Wishing you all the best semester and hope you excel in this course and have a bright future ahead of you.

Hello everyone,
I am Sehba Jamil Maliha. My journey was a roller coaster ride, but keeping up with the situations will make it trouble-free.
• The first strategy is to be regular and attentive in class.
• Secondly, always attend every quiz and bonus lab, as these will add to the final grade.
• Thirdly, practicing the Question Bank is a must.
• Lastly, waiting for the last moment is not a wise choice- studying regularly to prepare for exams and quizzes.
I wish you the best journey! Let me know if I can help @ fb.com/sehbajamil.sehba
