MIS207 @ 2021 Summer

Hello everyone,

I am Syed Rafid Uddin and have completed the "Ebusiness" course under Mr. Adeyl Khan in the summer 2021 semester. It is safe to say this has been one of a kind experience for me.

The semester was online, and I faced my share of challenges. I could easily manage with the help of everyone, including our faculty. I received an outstanding grade in the course, and hopefully, my experience will help you as well.

First of all, having a stable internet connection and a working laptop is required for attending classes and doing well in labs. I maintained a stable internet connection and put in a bit more effort during lab demonstration sessions as this was the first time I was doing an online lab.

Prepare for class by reviewing the lecture videos can help you stay ahead and also relate during class. Watching the lecture videos helped me grasp concepts more easily when we discussed them during class.

Having an enthusiastic group can help you get a good grade in the group project. I was lucky to have such a group that was hard working and helpful. I would also like to say that interacting with your coursemates and the faculty regularly and asking for help when needed can take you a long way.

Try to take advantage of the bonus opportunities as it plays a crucial role in your final grade. Please look at the mind maps; they contain small information to help you brainstorm and revise before exams. I would also suggest taking notes when you feel lost.

I am Md. Mahedin. I hope everyone is doing well. I Completed my MIS207 (E-Business) course in Summer 2021 under the honorable faculty Mr. Adeyl Khan. As the semester was online-based, so it was different from the on-campus class.

There are specific points I always followed by which I ended up with a good grade, and they are:
1. As it was an online-based semester, I always make sure my gadgets, internet, backup internet is always ready to do the class. It was one of the most important things to do before joining the class.
2. I attended all the classes and followed all the class lectures.
3. If at any point I got stuck, I watched the Lecture Videos provided.
4. During exam time, I tried to read all the lecture slides and watched all the lecture videos.
5. I didn't waste any time during exams. You may think that the allotted time is huge, but that isn’t. Use your time wisely.
6. During exams, the major thing I was concerned about was plagiarism. It was one of the major reasons some of my friends lost marks. I took help from Mindmaps, lecture notes, and other online sources. But no one should copy-paste anything from anywhere.
7. Now, coming to the Bonus opportunities, it was one of the biggest opportunities anyone can get. With the help of the bonus marks, anyone can get a good grade. It would help if you tried to get as many bonus marks as you could. It will help your midterms, final, and lab exams.
8. Complete your labs very carefully. Don’t miss any steps during labs. Try to follow instructions correctly.

So this is how I got a good grade. I hope it will help you to secure a good grade by following these points.
