This is how Abdullah Talha got an A (MIS207 @ 2014 Spring) .
Dear Respected Faculties, Fellow Mates, and all who walks life. I would like to begin with a simpleton note; our creator has made particular things easy for us. For some, making money it easy, for others sports are easy, and other people doesn’t have easy time understanding technology even if they are going to get a critical reception in his or her PhD paper. Our ability, skills and attitudes are particular to some specific skill sets, which are unique to one another. Isaac Newton was a lousy student but, he broke through many laws and mystery of the world like never before.
I would share how I got an A, but after a striving semester, with all your sweat dripping on your book, all your nights reading course materials, the probability of getting an A is slim, but you must try...

This is how Mahbuba Jannat got an A (MIS207 @ 2014 Summer) .
As you can see that I have done 2 courses with AYN sir at the same time, the entire semester was definitely not a piece of cake. Yes, I had to study, but I really enjoyed the whole summer semester. My friends used to give me free advice about dropping the course, and so on. but I didn't bother to pay heed to them. After 2-3 classes, I understood if I follow the lectures, slides, and definitely the text book, I can expect a good grade :-)
Well, for getting a good grade, and definitely for learning, the online IOAs, Labs are very important. Try to study the course materials by marking/ highlighting the text, and if possible, try to make your own notes. I always do the same. For assignment and term project, follow the guidelines carefully provided in this website. And yes, ask sir...

This is how Saahir Mahbub got an A (MGT314 @ 2014 Summer) .
When I first took this course, I actually didn’t know how to do well in this course. Fortunately, I had friends who had done this course before and they gave me pretty useful tips and advice. This really helped me to get an A in this course. So, according to my experience, I took my IOAs very seriously and studied very hard. I even read the book too. While I was giving IOA, I had the book right beside me and this helped me to understand the concept pretty well. Furthermore, I even solved the sample papers and this really helped me to prepare myself for the exam. As for the project, it was critical. While doing the project work, I went through the project guidelines thoroughly and went to sir’s office room during office hours to clear my confusion. Therefore, I conclude by saying that this...

To get a good grade with this faculty, it is very important to be very regular and punctual. As the quizzes are online you don't need to study a lot. But yes for exams you need to study. Cheatsheet is the secret to do well in the exams. Yes!! Cheatsheet is allowed and you can write anything you want. Make the best use of it. Write all the headings. And one thing at last, NEVER, EVER miss a single class."

This is how Masud Parvez got an A (MGT314 @ 2013 Fall ) .
Suggestions for new students
At first i thought it was boring because of the faculty’s long lectures but after some lecture i could realize, the faculty actually wanted to give us the full concept. When i started giving IOA i finally understood the matter. So I started reading the book beside his slides. Actually i tried to follow his instructions. that's why I was able to do better in his all IOAs which helped me a lot getting an 'A".
Before the mid-term exam or final exam i tried to review all of his previous lectures and revised all the topics. During assignment or project time i always made group discussion which is very much helpful for the assignment and project. I also made continuous communication with faculty directly or over telephone when i found a problem. Another...

This is how Mahfujur Rahman got an A (MIS207 @ 2013 Fall ) .
To get an A it is very important to study regularly. IOAs helped me a lot. For giving IOA I had to read the text book thoroughly. So it covered the maximum part of MIDs and Final. Then I had to read the lecture slides and class notes. Being attentive and taking notes in class is really important. The Assignments, GAs and Labs are also important to get an A. Whenever I had any problem I got help from the instructor.
So follow the instructions and study regularly, Inshaallah you will also able to get an A. Best of luck to all.

This is how Israt Jahan Dina got an A (MIS207 @ 2013 Fall ) .
Study is the first condition to get an A in any course. Except regular study, exam, report there are 2 things that helped me a lot to get an A and they are -
a) Utilizing all the scope to get bonus marks;
b) Giving all the IOAs properly that helped me a lot to pull marks in mids and final.
Above all I shared all of my problems with my faculty and he is really friendly. I always give the first priority to the text book. Lecture slides are also very important. I read the questions that are given in the text book. All these things helped me to get an A and I believe anyone can get an A if he/she maintains these strategies. -
This is how Mushfiqur Rahman got an A (MGT 314 @ 2013 Fall) .
Well to be precise getting an A was not that easy. I myself is a lazy person. The best way is to read the chapters thoroughly, try to understand the concepts. Understanding the topic is the main thing to do. Read all the slides and relate the topics with the book. Attending all the IOA's will not only give you a chance for better grade, but they will also allow you to better prepare for the midterms/finals. Try to solve the sample questions from previous semesters which are available in the website. Practice the mathematical and critical problems. Also pay attention to all the diagrams and charts. They help you to better understand the topic.
One big advantage of doing the course with Adeyl Khan (AyN) sir is that he gives a lot of opportunities for scoring bonus points. These...

This is how Alifya Hussain got an A (MIS207 @ 2013 Fall ) .
Doing well in any of the courses requires a bit of hard work and a lot of smart learning. Trust me, getting an A is not that difficult, you just need to be regular. Try to be attentive in sir's classes and do keep in touch with the course textbook. Ioas tend to be tricky so the book needs to be thoroughly read. Doing well in the assignments is also vital, collaborate well and do not depend on anyone. Study ahead so that a lot is not piled up right before the exam.Try to enjoy the studies, it might help. Best of luck!
