    Hello everyone,

I am Sabrin Karim Chowdhury and I have completed my MIS107 course with our honorable faculty member, Mr. Adeyl Khan in the Summer 2020 session. The whole journey was truly an amazing experience.

I would recommend you all to watch the lecture videos thoroughly and take notes which will also prepare you for the class participation marks, ask questions in the class and try not to miss any bonus marks! Solving the IOA’s before the quiz, midterms and final also helps! I tried to attend all the classes making sure I had a stable internet connection with a properly working microphone and camera as the whole semester was conducted online.

    Hello everyone,

I am Zazeeba Waziha Saleh and I have completed the MIS107 course under the guidance of my honorable faculty Mr. Adeyl Khan, in the summer 2020 session.

The experience was great. Since the entire semester was conducted online, I had to prepare accordingly with strong and uninterrupted internet connection and had to ensure that the mic and camera on my laptop were working properly.

This is how Namirah Ahmed Bushra got an A (MIS207 @ 2020 Spring) .

    Assalamualaikum Everyone,

Hope all of you are doing well. This is Namirah Ahmed Bushra and I have done MIS207 (E-Business) with Mr. Adeyl Khan in the Spring 2020 semester. The semester started normally like every other time, but as the pandemic arose, we had to move to the virtual class, which was a whole new experience for all of us. But the best thing about this situation was that we got more virtual learning and researching opportunities. And Mr. Khan, being a very friendly and cooperative faculty, was always there to help us out whenever we need any sort of assistance. I have shared some advice below, which I feel will help you go through the semester:

Course Website: It will be your “best friend” for this course. You will get all the updates...

This is how Shafil Noor got an A (MIS107 @ 2020 Summer) .

    Hey everyone,

I am Shafil Noor. I was fortunate to complete the MIS107 – (Computer Information System) course with Mr. Adeyl Khan during the Summer 2020. The faculty was informative and practical which helped me to improve a few of my skills including typing and documentation. I know it’s very challenging doing classes during the pandemic situation. But trust me, if you work hard, nothing can stop you from getting an A. I will share some basic things that I followed during the online classes which others may not have done.

    • Online lectures: Watch the lecture videos carefully and review the mind maps. The mind maps are the most useful way to memorize and understand every topic in this course.

This is how Md. Shawon Akhter got an A- (MIS207 @ 2020 Spring) .

    Hello everyone,

I hope you all are doing well. This is Md. Shawon Akhter. I did MIS207 (E-Business) with our honorable faculty and one of the best faculties of the Department of Management Mr Adeyl Khan, in the semester Spring-2020. Since the course is all about E-Business and E-Commerce it will help you to learn and know about the real-life e-business scenario and the processes.

Due to the pandemic of Covid-19 more than half of the semester we had to finish through online and the course-related assessments like lab classes, final assignment as well. The course is a bit complicated but following steps can help you secure a good grade which I did.

    • following the guidance of the faculty
    • focused on the topics covered
    •  online...

This is how Tashdid Rahman got an A- (MIS107 @ 2020 Spring) .

I am Tashdid Rahman , I was lucky to be mentored by our revered faculty in the course MIS107 in the Spring 20 semester.

My formula for success was simple, and seemingly in plain sight, in the course outline. There is mentions of mark allocation of every aspect and activity constituting the course. For example, I tried to maintain all attendance (N.B - the fact that the faculty has a good sense of humor and liveliness about him definitely helps) for the marks there. And attended labs and acquire ‘bonus’ marks whenever possible.

The faculty will never unjustly surprise you with questions from things he has never taught, so keep an eye out for exam suggestions in class and study accordingly. Ideas and questions circumvent , so identify and...

The whole journey has truly been an amazing one, especially with one of the best faculties as our instructor. Every individual has their own opinion about the course but I think it's quite easy if you follow the instructions religiously.

Here are a few things I followed to get my desired grade, and I hope it helps you too.

Class Participation & Attendance: Due to the global pandemic, more than half of the semester was conducted through online classes, but regardless of the difficulties, I tried to attend every lecture. The online sessions were recorded which helped me cover-up...

This is how Sadia Naznin Nisha got an A- (MIS207 @ 2020 Spring) .

    Assalamualaikum Everyone,

I am Sadia Naznin Nisha, I did my MIS207 (E-business) with Mr. Adeyl Khan in the Spring 2020. The course was going very well but as you all know due the pandemic situation we had to switch to online classes. Yet it did not affect much on the learning process as we had the access to the class recordings, Whenever I faced any problems regarding online classes, I went through the recording. Apart from that everything is briefly given on the website including course materials and FAQ.

I also used to browse the difficult topics and gather a clear idea and better knowledge. Being in this situation try to use your internet to the fullest so that you don’t stay clueless about any area. The same goes for other courses...

    Hello everyone,

Take my cordial greetings. I hope everyone is keeping safe during this critical situation at their respective places. I will try to make sure my words remain relevant to your journey throughout the semester as well as the time following the pandemic and online classes. I, Abdullah Al Yusuf have completed my course E-Business (MIS207) under our faculty, Mr. Adeyl khan, this Spring’20. I also completed the prerequisite MIS107 under Sir as well with an A. But I think it’s better fitting that I write now, after being done with both the courses under the most supportive and coolest faculty I ever came across at North South University.

Rather than going on with generic and tedious advices, I would...
